Auburn, Wash. (GRC) — Cross Country gets in to the action with their first meet of the season on Saturday at the University of Puget Sound. The race will take place at Fort Steilacoom Park in Lakewood and is slated to begin at 11:00 a.m. This will be the first meet for new Head Coach Dhevin Pearson. 

Women's Soccer looks to build on their consecutive west region wins with back to back road games against Lower Columbia on Wednesday and Clark on Saturday. So far this season LCC is 3-1-2 overall and 1-0-2 in west region play where they are tied for third. Clark is 0-2-1 overall and 0-1-1 which has them seventh in the west. Last season the Red Devils and the Penguins finished in fourth and fifth place respectively in the west region. Both matches will be streamed on the NWAC Network

Volleyball will have four home games this weekend as they host the NWAC Crossover. One team from each region will make their way to GRC's Main Campus for a total of eight contests over two days (September 11th and 12th). The Gators are slated to take on Clark, Everett, and Wenatchee Valley. Green River will face Clark at 9:00 a.m. Friday, Everett at 2:00 p.m. Friday, and Wenatchee at 11:30 a.m. Saturday. All contests will be streamed on the NWAC Network.

Last season Clark finished seventh in the south region 8-21 overall. The Penguins are 1-5 so far this season. 

Last season Everett finished third in the north region 12-20 overall. The Trojans are currently 3-5 this year. GRC swept EVCC in their last match up on September 2nd, 2025. 

Last season Wenatchee Valley finished eighth in the east region, 1-29 overall. The Knights are currently 3-6 this year, going 1-1 against the Gators so far.

All matches will take place in The Swamp (GRC PE Building). Tickets are on sale now HERE. Tickets can also be purchased at the door. $12 per day for adults, $10 per day for senior/military, kids 12 and under are free.
