Walla Walla, Wash. — Saturday evening Gators Volleyball capped an undefeated road trip to Pendleton, Oregon and Walla Walla, Washington. 

Friday in Pendleton started with a 3-1 victory (25-20, 21-25, 25-13, 25-20) over Wenatchee Valley. Avenging last weekends defeat to the Knights in Spokane.

Later that evening GRC picked up its true road win of the year, with a sweep of Blue Mountain (27-25, 25-12, 25-12). Green River also swept Blue Mountain last season.

Saturday in Walla Walla the Gators knocked off the Chemeketa Storm 3-1 (25-21, 22-25, 25-13, 25-9).

They followed that performance up with a five set victory over Walla Walla (23-25, 25-22, 25-12, 20-25, 15-13). The black and green have defeated the Warriors in back to back seasons. 

These four victories give GRC a five game win streak as they host the NWAC Volleyball Crossover on September 11th and 12th where they will see Clark, Everett and Wenatchee Valley for a third time this season. 

Green River sits at 6-5 on the season. 

Brown stands second in the NWAC with 3.84 kills per set and first in total kills with 165.
